Honey Paloma Cocktail

If summer is on its way out for you then mix yourself up a delicious cocktail this weekend to remind yourself of what summer feels like. We're loving this recipe at the moment for a Honey Paloma using Manuka Emporium honey!

 

Mānuka Syrup

• 1/4 cup ME Mānuka honey

• 1/4 cup water

Cocktail

• lime juice for rim

• pink Himalayan salt with the rim

• Ice

• 50ml tequila

• 50ml grapefruit juice

• 50ml soda water

• 3tps Mānuka syrup

 

Method

1. Rim your chilled glass with lime juice and pink Himalayan salt and fill it up with ice.

2. Premix your Mānuka syrup by stirring and gently warming it until the honey dissolves.

3. Add the remaining cocktail ingredients to a shaker with a good handful of ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into the glass and serve immediately.
