Authenticity
How we check every batch
Every batch of our mānuka honey is tested in accredited laboratories to confirm its MGO level and to make sure it meets the strictest standards for purity, potency and origin.
What the MGO number means
MGO (methylglyoxal) is a naturally occurring compound unique to genuine mānuka honey. The number on the label is the certified minimum: MGO 263+ means at least 263 mg/kg, and MGO 829+ means at least 829 mg/kg.
Monofloral, from New Zealand
Our monofloral mānuka honey is harvested from remote, unspoiled regions of New Zealand. Look for "Product of New Zealand" and FernMark licence No. 100798 on the box.
