🍯 Food Safety Policy
Because Manuka honey is a natural product, we cannot accept returns, even if unopened. This is to ensure the safety, purity, and quality of our products for all customers.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing an item, not what you ordered:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@manukaemporium.co.nz

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
❌ Cancellations
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we're happy to cancel and refund it. Once it's been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
