Return and Refund Policy

No returns on food items. Manuka honey is a natural food product, so we can't accept returns, even unopened. This protects the purity and quality of every jar and snap.

Refunds on request. If something isn't right with your order, email info@manukaemporium.co.nz with your order number and a short note, and we'll arrange a full refund or a replacement. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or with an item missing, please let us know within 7 days of delivery; photos help.

Cancellations. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to cancel and refund it. Once dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
