Baked Camembert with Honey & Walnuts

Here we go again, back to the kitchen! This one is an absolute showstopper to fancy up your platter, a little on the indulgence side, proceed with caution!

 

Ingredients:

1 Camembert round

1/2 cup walnuts

1 tsp olive oil

1/2 Tbsp rosemary leaves, chopped

3 Tbsp ME Mānuka honey

1/2 tsp sea salt

 

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 160°C, wrap the camembert firmly in baking paper.

2. Mix together walnuts, olive oil & Rosemary in a small bowl.

3. Place the walnut mix and camembert onto an oven tray and bake for 10 minutes, watching the walnuts don't burn.

4. Gently melt the honey in a microwave for 5 seconds and stir with a spoon till soft and runny.

5. Once baked, top the camembert with the walnuts, drizzle the honey over the nuts and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve Immediately!
